Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Web Velvet! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including the design, development, and delivery of Smart Websites for your business ("Client").

By accessing our site or working with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

We provide website design and development services tailored specifically for EESystem Wellness Centers. This includes strategic design, marketing integrations, automation features, mobile responsiveness, and mobile app manageability.

2. Project Process

All projects begin with a discovery call and a signed agreement. Once your onboarding form is completed and the initial payment is received, we will begin your project according to the agreed timeline and scope. The standard timeline to complete the project and launch the website is 14 days, provided that all requested materials have been provided from your end.

3. Payments & Refunds

A non-refundable down payment of 50% of the Set Up Fee is required to reserve your project start date. Full payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once the project has begun.

4. Revisions

Revisions are included as outlined in your service package. Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur extra fees, which will be communicated beforehand.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all requested materials (such as branding, content, and access to necessary accounts) as well as design approval in a timely manner to keep the project timeline on track.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to your completed Smart Website. We reserve the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific business results from your website.

8. Cancellation of Service

You may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice. However, please note that all payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable. If the project is cancelled prior to launching the website, you may be responsible for any work completed beyond the initial deposit. We also reserve the right to cancel services if project deadlines are repeatedly missed, if communication is not maintained, or if our team experiences unprofessional or disrespectful conduct.

Client's website will be deactivated immediately upon cancellation.
